Color Information

We print in CMYKLcLm. Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black, Light Cyan, Light Magenta. Our color management system is PMS based. We use PMS coated color numbers for reference purposes only. It’s important to note that they may look different on a printed wrap than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%.While we make every effort to ensure consistent colors, there may be some slight color variations from panel to panel and vehicle to vehicle due to the printing process. If a color match is needed, please notify us and we will work with you. An additional charge may apply.

Size Specifications

Your files will be printed at a maximum width of 53″. If your print files are larger than 53″ wide, you have the option of tiling them prior to upload. If you choose not to tile them, we will tile them for you. When we tile your print file, we will provide 1/2″ overlaps and we will tile to use the least media. We highly recommend tiling your print files prior to upload. This allows seams to land where you want them on the vehicle.

Cut Contour

Cut Contour files have a maximum printable width of 50.5″. Again, we can tile files that are larger, or you can tile it prior to upload. All files will be cut to color on 3 sides. The 4th side (typically the top of the panel) will have a small area with the file name, panel number, material type, and printer information.
